Black Belt Recruiting Review

Black Belt Recruiting

Network marketing or MLM is one of the most lucrative business opportunities around according to those who succeed in the industry. However, it can be one of the most intimidating and difficult to succeed in for some individuals. Black Belt Recruiting is a method that may change the MLM marketer’s entire approach and these techniques are often used in sales in other areas.

The largest issue that any network-marketing representative may face is the fear of cold calling, and the fear of rejection. Pep talks are great, but real advice may just turn obstacles, like fear of rejection into non-issues just by changing some of the things the representative says and how they say them.

The techniques taught by this particular program are not new, it’s the manner in which they are applied to network marketing recruiting that is new and these techniques when used properly may well change how a sponsor or up line views each prospect as well as how they word their pitch.

While the many MLM recruiters may have a very good understanding of how to sell, and have refined their sales pitch and approach to a fine point, they also may also not use some of the easiest sales techniques which can actually turn a lead from completely negative in attitude to a great recruit. Of course, recruiting is where the most profit is seen by those in the network marketing field and so, each recruit has value.

Even the most eager individual is a lot more reluctant to sign up for a business opportunity from a stranger, while a marketer who knows how to establish a rapport can make friends with even a cold call and recruit a prospect much more consistently.

Every sales clerk knows that limited edition products are more attractive to buyers. Advertisers rely on limited editions, limited time offers or limited quantities to make a product or service seem more difficult to obtain, and hence more desirable.

Even the warmest and friendliest representative who has established a great rapport with the prospect can lose the sale by being overeager or desperate. The potential recruit thinks to themselves, if it is such a good deal, why is he so desperate? Changing the approach is the answer to that all too common stumbling block.

Just a few words can turn a lukewarm lead into an impossible sale, how a person is spoken to, what is said to them and the body language of the salesman all affect how successful they will be with any given candidate.

It’s true that a prospect is valuable though if one doesn’t choose to take the offer, a good marketer will not be overly concerned. In fact that lack of concern makes the product more desirable to some potential recruits. After all, if the marketer is so successful and can project such unconcern, the offer must be excellent is the line of thought some prospects may follow.

This was a very brief overview of some of the skills taught by Black Belt Recruiting based upon proven sales techniques with a new twist.
