Adsense Revenue-Sharing Sites: A Reliable Home Business?
Jan 2nd, 2010 by Jack

If you’re into making money from home, you may have come across Adsense revenue-sharing sites.  And what are they?  Basically, Adsense revenue-sharing sites are networks where you can earn money from Adsense clicks, (the little ads that appear on a website).  What happens is that the ads get rotated a certain number of times, to benefit both the network and you.  You get credit for the clicks 60 percent of the time in many places such as Hubpages.  They receive credit 40 percent of the total time.

Now, the benefits of this plan are obvious.  Firstly, you don’t have to manage your own website, since everything is taken care of in the Adsense revenue-sharing network.  So you are free from having to concern yourself with things like Web Design, which can be a relief if you don’t have experience with such things.

Second, you obtain a kind of link-building strength from Google.|In addition, you are able to build links from working with Google.  This is important once you start building on the network, because it helps determine if your Web pages are going to be seen.  If you were to do everything yourself, you would have to be a SEO genius to get your site ranked.  This is in dissimilarity to Adsense revenue-sharing websites, which typically by now have the SEO taken care of.

But, can we really use these features to say that Adsense revenue is an example of a decent home business?  The answer changes when you consider what you want.  Adsense revenue-sharing networks work wonders because everything is already provided for you, if you want the ability to build a quick SEO site.  But in case you desire the ability to make best use of your Adsense income, you will need to do things yourself.  Why?  If you want the ability to keep all your content in one place you can’t do that with Adsense sites.  The editors determine if your content is worthy enough for Adsense revenue-sharing sites.  If it isn’t, it gets deleted, despite all the work you may have put into it.

Also, all the earnings remain yours if you do things by yourself.  It’s not this way with Adsense revenue-sharing sites, where you lose a portion of your money to the network.  This can get to be very annoying once you start earning hundreds of dollars.

So the final assessment is that Adsense revenue sharing sites fail in the area of being dependable home businesses.  Ofcourse, what you gain in the convenience of someone else taking care of a website for you, you also lose in control.  It’s this element of control that gives you the most money and security, when it comes to Adsense.
